With your request, please include some additional feedback regarding the item so we fully understand why it wasn’t a fit for you. Your experience is important to us, and we would love to know how it could be improved.
To begin the refund process:
1) Go to https://gotama.zendesk.com/hc
2) Click "Returns"
3) Fill out and Submit the "Refund Request Form"
4) You will be contacted by a customer service representative to complete the process.
Refund requests will not be processed earlier than two weeks after the product has been delivered. We truly believe in our products, and believe they deserve a fair chance.
Per our refund policy, we require the return of any unused product to receive a full refund.

Please include a note with your name and order number in your return package so we may expedite your transaction. (including a printed copy of your order confirmation email or refund request may be the easiest way to do so)
Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive a return, please allow between 5-10 business days for processing. After initiating the refund, funds can take 5-10 business days to post, dependent on the original payment source.
