If you are not fully satisfied with the Products purchased by you on the Website, you may request a refund for products covered by our guarantee by filling out our “Refund request Form”. All unopened products must be returned in order for a refund to be processed. Multiple bottles, subscriptions, and apparel do not fall under our guarantee, and are therefore not eligible for refund.
All refund requests must be within ninety (90) days of the date your credit or debit card was charged. Refund requests will not be processed earlier than two weeks after the product has been delivered. You agree to comply with all instructions provided by our customer service agents related to your refund and return of any used and unused product. Gotama cannot refund return shipping costs if any exist, and you agree to be responsible for the same. It can take up to 5-10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your payment card.
